We own two estates in the Baix Penedès region, each with its own distinct micro-climate, altitude and terrain.

FINCA ELS CAMPS:

Located at an altitude of 450 metres in the municipality of Juncosa del Montmell, the vineyard covers an area of eight hectares. The Ull de Llebre and Macabeu varieties are grown here, of which the Macabeu vines are over 50 years old.

The small, sloping plots (there are only 16) are terraced on different levels which gives them a particular charm. The calcareous soil has a very balanced, loose texture which allows for steady, optimum grape ripening.

MAS VILELLA:

The vineyard lies at an altitude of 250 metres in the municipality of La Bisbal del Penedès, characterised by its stony, calcareous soil with a loose, sandy texture. Over a total of seven hectares we grow the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Garnatxa Negra and Subirat Parent varieties.

This land is exceptionally barren. For example, when we planted the first Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard in 1986, we had to remove over 500 truckloads of stones from an area of 3.5 hectares, which gives you some idea of the harshness of the terrain.
